Gruissan, a village ranked among the most beautiful in France, in a charming residence, 150m from the beach Grazel, 3-room house (2 bedrooms) with large terrace. Enclosed private parking (electric gate) in residence. Capacity: 6 people. Animals are not allowed.
Ground floor: dining area with kitchen (4 hotplates vitroceramic, fridge and small freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee pod, etc.), lounge with sofa bed and TV (french and german channels), a bathroom. A separated toilet .
Upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a balcony, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and television (only german channels)

Old fishermans village with it's Barberousse tower. The spell of Gruissan comes from the magnific landscape which surrounds this little town.
