• Two terraces (South and East): 3 lounge chairs, table for 6 people, table for 4 people, barbecue

Gruissan is delightful even in winter, offering a wide variety of activities nearby: windsurfing, paddleboarding, water skiing, a balneotherapy center, land sailing, jet skiing, horseback riding, cycling, mountain biking, go-karting, forest hiking, sea and lagoon fishing, rock climbing in La Clape, a seaside bike path, village shops in Gruissan, the port, an amusement park, boat trips, and many more incredible activities!
