For your weekends, weekly stays, or short getaways, this single-level, south-facing, independent and very quiet apartment is located in the heart of a charming, picturesque mountain village at 980 m altitude.
Enjoy an exceptional panoramic 360° view over the Luz Saint-Sauveur valley and the surrounding mountain range.
The apartment features 3 bedrooms (4 single beds, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed), an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, a bathroom (2 sinks, 1 shower), a separate toilet, a terrace, and a courtyard.
The rooms are spacious, bright, and well-insulated. Heating is electric.
The large courtyard includes outdoor furniture and parking spaces, with a private entrance separate from the owner’s. There are no direct views between the property and the owner or neighboring houses.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on site for an extra fee. The accommodation must be left clean; otherwise, part of the deposit will be withheld.
This is the last village before the Luz-Ardiden ski resort. The property is at the crossroads of three ski resorts: Luz-Ardiden (8 km), Gavarnie (20 km), and Tourmalet (Barèges - La Mongie, 12 km).
Nearby: Luz Saint-Sauveur (4.5 km), Barèges (10 km), Cauterets (22 km), Lourdes (30 km).
