Zimmer war nicht geputzt/fertig und Personal war nicht auf Gäste vorbereitet. Sehr lange Wartezeiten, Preis/Leistung stimmte überhaupt nicht. Wir sind noch am gleichen Tag Nachhause gefahren und haben nicht im Hotel übernachtet. Noch nie so etwas erlebt ....

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,Bevor Sie überhaupt in unserem Haus angekommen sind, wollten Sie nicht anwesend sein... Sie kamen am frühen Nachmittag an und wurden gebeten, zu warten und unser Dorf zu besuchen, während wir Ihr Zimmer vorbereiteten, wie es sein sollte. Wir geben die Schlüssel zu den Zimmern vor 16 Uhr, wenn möglich. In unseren Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen ist der "Check-in" von 14h bis 18h geplant, gemäß dem Zeitplan der Zimmer. Um zu gefallen, weil wir von Ihrer Reaktion überrascht waren, haben wir Ihnen angeboten, bei einem nächsten Aufenthalt zu Ihrer Bequemlichkeit mit besonderer Aufmerksamkeit kostenlos wiederzukommen. Un lieu tranquille, sans bruit dans un endroit idyllique, un accueil chaleureux, une chambre confortable, un déjeuner copieux. Un seul petit regret, l'oubli de nous proposer la fondue chinoise pour le souper...
