In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking at the house at 50 m. Grocery 12 km, restaurant 1.3 km, bus stop 1.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 13 km, thermal baths "Les Bains de la GruyÚre" 14 km. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Open small alcove with curtain with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed. Bath/shower/WC. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). In den Jahren etwas heruntergekommen

Wir waren vor zwei Jahren erstmals im La Poya und wir waren begeistert. Diesen speziellen Anlass wollten wir nun genau zwei Jahre spĂ€ter wiederholen. Leider war der Aufenthalt enttĂ€uschend: das Haus ist runtergekommen, im Treppenhaus und im Technikraum fehlt die Beleuchtung, die bodenebene Dusche lĂ€uft nicht ab, so dass das ganze Bad unter Wasser stand. Der Warmwasserbereiter ist nach einer Dusche bereits leer. Wir waren enttĂ€uscht und sind frĂŒhzeitig abgereist.

Heimeliges Chalet mit wunderschöner Aussicht

+ Hat uns sehr gefallen, sauber und gemĂŒtlich. Super eingerichtet und hatte von Salz, Pfeffer, SpĂŒlmittel auch diverse Caquelon oder WeinglĂ€ser etc. Leider vor Ort kein Holz zum Feuern, muss selber geholt und gezahlt werden. - Es sind keine 3 Zimmer sondern 1 Doppelzimmer und 1 Doppelzimmer mit kleinem SĂ©parĂ©e mit einem Hochbett. FĂŒr uns super (4 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) fĂŒr mehr Erwachsene wĂ€re es uns zu eng.

Prachtig chalet

Een prachtig chalet met een fantastisch uitzicht. Wij waren zeer aangenaam verrast toen wij aankwamen, mooie ligging en een gezellige inrichting. Het chalet ligt aan het einde van een doodlopende weg dus lekker rustig. De streek is erg mooi en er is heel veel te bekijken. De VVV in Moleson is ook het contactpunt en zij waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij hopen hier zeker nog een keer terug te komen.

FALSCHE ANGABEN IM INTERNET

im Prospekt hiess es,3 SCHLAFZIMMER bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir feststellen,dass dem nicht so wahr.es waren wohl 6 Betten,aber das Etagenbett stand im einten Schlafzimmer,ich will ja nicht bei einem PÀÀrchen im Zimmer schlafen,also waren nur 2 SCHLAFZIMMER.und so musste ich die ganze Woche im Salon auf der Couch schlafen und das war zugleich der Aufenthaltsraum von allen.also hatte ich ĂŒberhaupt keine PrivatsphĂ€re.und auf der Couch schlafen war auch nicht so lustig. ENTTÄUSCHUNG pur.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus. Leider nur mit 2 Schlafzimmern, das "3. Zimmer" ist ein schmaler Schlauch, integriert in ein anderes Zimmer. Mit Teenagern, die ein eigenes Zimmer möchten eher nicht zu empfehlen. Autoabstellplatz vor dem Haus bedeutet parkieren am Strassenrand, bei Schnee oder SchneerĂ€umung ziemlich mĂŒhsam. Ohne Auto geht gar nichts ausser Wandern, alles ist ziemlich weit weg. Das Skigebiet ist sehr freundlich aber auch sehr klein. Wir verbrachten trotzdem eine gute Zeit.

Romantisches Chalet mit kleinen MĂ€ngel

Das Chalet ist ganz romantisch und stilvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat die Grösse positiv ĂŒberrascht (4 Erwachsene). 110 m2 ĂŒber 2 Stockwerke verteilt, ist absolut in Ordnung. Auch die manchmal kritisierte Einrichtung (Liegecouch) hat uns gepasst. Einige kleine Unannehmlichkeiten hatte es jedoch auch: Badewanne undicht, Geschirr und Kochutensilien ausbaufĂ€hig und etwas unglĂŒcklich ist, dass die Besitzer die meisten grösseren SchrĂ€nke fĂŒr sich benutzen und deswegen nicht gebraucht werden können.
