The Space:

This two-bedroom apartment sits at the heart of one of the city's most walkable and characterful neighbourhoods, where café terraces spill onto tree-lined streets and some of Guadalajara's best restaurants, nightlife, and cultural landmarks are within easy reach on foot.

 

The space

Keypad self check-in means you arrive entirely on your own schedule. A building elevator makes every arrival and departure effortless - no stairs, no hauling bags between floors. The apartment itself is set on a single level with no internal stairs, designed around ease from the moment you walk in. A personal safe keeps valuables secure, and a dedicated workspace with WiFi means you can stay connected whenever you need to. A TV rounds out the living area for evenings in.

 

Sleeping arrangements

Both bedrooms are set up for genuine rest after full days in the city. Bed linens, hangers, clothing storage, and room-darkening shades are provided throughout, so you can settle in quickly and sleep well regardless of what the day had in store.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is equipped to handle everything from a morning coffee ritual to a proper meal cooked at home. A refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, and blender cover all the essentials, while dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and a dining table complete the setup - equally suited to a quiet dinner in or a relaxed gathering after a long day out.

 

Bathrooms

Both bathrooms come stocked with towels, soap, and toilet paper, and deliver reliable hot water - a solid start each morning and a welcome close to the evening.

Colonia Americana puts Guadalajara's dining, nightlife, and cultural scene right outside your door. Public transportation, taxis, Uber, and DiDi are all readily accessible, making it straightforward to reach stadiums, fan zones, and destinations across the wider city. A nearby laundromat adds practical convenience for longer visits, and long-term stays are warmly welcomed.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

We recommend renting a car from the airport or you can use the cab service or the Uber platform to get around the city.

The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 2* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $10* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.
