Pour a cup of coffee and settle at the dining table while planning your day, or ease into a quiet evening with the glow of city lights just outside. Set within Hidalgo Residence, this single level home offers a calm retreat above one of the city’s most vibrant areas.



Sleeping arrangements

The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms with 3 beds and 3 baths. Each bedroom includes bed linens and clothing storage, giving you space to unpack and settle in comfortably. Bathroom essentials are provided, along with towels and hot water, so you can refresh and recharge before heading out to explore or unwind for the night.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen provides a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, whether you are preparing breakfast before a day in the city or winding down with dinner at home. A dining table creates a comfortable setting for shared meals, conversation, or mapping out your itinerary. Coffee is available to start your mornings with ease.

This home is located in a building with an elevator and offers a single level layout with no stairs in the home. Self check-in with a keypad allows you to arrive on your schedule. Essentials are included, and the space is prepared and cleaned before your arrival. Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide alarm are in place for added peace of mind. Paid parking lot off premises is available for guests traveling by car.

In case you have a car: this unit does not have a parking space in the building but we will be happy to provide you with a parking space nearby.



1. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.



2. Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.



3. Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.





We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.





It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 5* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $20* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 6, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.
