Beautiful hotel, however very dark with bad lighting. No coffee in your room, towels are old and need replaced. Manager was quite rude and abrupt for no reason. Couldn’t check in 5 minutes early. Had to sit in the lobby until called at exactly 3. Only friendly staff was the valet and a gentleman at the door with espresso.

The hotel is very nice for the price! The reason I took one star, was because we ran out of toilet and tissue paper, one night, I asked them and never was delivered to my room, until the next day that I had to call them again. Good thing we always have wipes lol!

I got a suite so I could have a hot bath after my medical procedure. The next morning I went to take a shower before the clinic and there was no hot water. No shower for me, so I went dirty and unshaven. Came back later that day and still no hot water. 4 different people came to my room. Finally at 8pm they changed my room. The next room had a hot shower but no hot water in the sink or tub. Also the tub was filthy. Could write my name in the bottom. Will not stay there again

Was a beautiful view from the 16 floor looking over GDL! The bell boys were exceptional. Front desk people are not so welcoming but over all great experience !

Please do yourself a favor do not stay at this location. When checking in front desk will ask for cash only as a deposit. When checking out front desk personal is extremely rude, if missing toilet paper or coffee supplies will charge you for it. Also, if you leave your key card behind the room they will charge you for it. This place is a money grab stay away from it

Ricardo el manejador del hotel una excelente persona Humberto del Valet lo mejor.. lo único que no sabemos de seguridad es qué traemos piquetes de chinches .. no estamos seguros si fue en el hotel o el avión.. fuera de ese inconveniente si volvemos a usar el Hotel
