The hotel is very nice for the price! The reason I took one star, was because we ran out of toilet and tissue paper, one night, I asked them and never was delivered to my room, until the next day that I had to call them again. Good thing we always have wipes lol!

I got a suite so I could have a hot bath after my medical procedure. The next morning I went to take a shower before the clinic and there was no hot water. No shower for me, so I went dirty and unshaven. Came back later that day and still no hot water. 4 different people came to my room. Finally at 8pm they changed my room. The next room had a hot shower but no hot water in the sink or tub. Also the tub was filthy. Could write my name in the bottom. Will not stay there again

Please do yourself a favor do not stay at this location. When checking in front desk will ask for cash only as a deposit. When checking out front desk personal is extremely rude, if missing toilet paper or coffee supplies will charge you for it. Also, if you leave your key card behind the room they will charge you for it. This place is a money grab stay away from it

Staff was courteous and helpful. Room was clean except for the shower. There was slippery yellow area around door stop on shower's floor. I reoorted it once but was never clean during my stay. I've encounter same cleaning issue in my previous visits. Over all, room is always spacious and clean.
