Could easily be 5 stars

Very clean place. Liked the complex.Overall very nice place. Could easily be 5 star. However, it is lacking in some basics. very limited kitchen ware, utensils, glasses, etc. Did not like that we were there for four days and only left two rolls of T.P. additional roles could be bought ad the administrative office, said the instruction. However we never actually saw anyone. In addition the access info was only given 24 hours in advance and all email communications seemed to be canned templates, No real responses to a couple of emailed questions were actually given.

Only good things to say about this property. It is very quiet, clean, and comfortable. Perfectly situated with a safe, easy 1 km walk to the Guadalajara Cathedral. We enjoyed the keyless entry and the rooftop with its amazing 360 degrees views of the city. I wouldn't hesitate to book this lovely property for my next visit!

Excellent property.

Clean, comfortable and was better than expected! Photos were very accurate of the property. Would not hesitate to book again. Our only complaint is that it was a little confusing and rather tardy getting our entrance instructions and key code for the property. We were unsure of how or who would check us in, and did not receive this by email until the day before we were To assume entrance.

Very spacious. Excellent style. Comfortable. Hot water. A bargain. Superb location. Noisy. Not particularly clean-especially kitchen. Limited kitchen ware. Not entirely helpful.
