Clean rooms, easy check in, good breakfast. It was a bit hard to find. It is in a neighborhood and not on the main road. Parking is limited, but we were able to squeeze our car in. The elevator is super slow. It was faster to use the stairs. The good outweighed the not so good things about this hotel.

They have a courtesy breakfast option, and it was made fresh to order, and took at most 15 minutes, depending on how busy the lady was. I would definitely come back! Staff was great and courteous!

There was roaches in the restroom sink, and when we notified the staff their response was “oh yeah it’s a problem in the whole city” ??? And there was no hot water which we also notified staff and they just said “oh yea that’s been a problem” not sure how they have such a high rating, the hotel itself is pretty and is decorated nicely, but I rather be somewhere that looks mid but has no roaches and hot water.

Home away from home...

Pretty amazing little hotel. Definitely nice to have the kitchen. Staff is outstanding and breakfast is great too! If this is your first time visiting Guadalajara you may want to pick a different Hotel closer to Center or Chapultepec. Otherwise this hotel gets a 9 out of 10.
