Very disappointed in restaurant charging us 640 pesos for breakfast buffet that was included in our room booking. We were not told only some stations of buffet included in our package. Buyer beware. It felt like a bait and switch to us. Staff even lied to manager and said they showed us what was included in our package. They did not. Would have given hotel high ratings if it hadn't been for this. We left with feeling we had been ripped off . We tried to appeal charge,however, managers didn't care.

We came in after check in time and our rooms were not ready for another two hours. This delayed made it really difficult as we were traveling with young kids. The staff tried to make it better by giving us four voucher drinks. However they failed to let us know they were not for mixed alcohol drinks. That’s all the staff did. I will not be returning to this hotel
