Didn’t use parking there was limited warm water pool was closed long term We did dinner the first night food was good but order was not totally correct Second night we left the restaurant as their wine menu didn’t match available wines and they tried to push very expensive on us We then tried to get assistance at the front desk to order pizza in and they couldn’t be bothered to help

Lobby, restaurant, my room, and customer server were exceptional! Centric Location to UAG (you can walk to the University of Guadalajara). You are 15-17 minutes away from Andares (using Uber), hotel also has Taxi Service 24/7 and also Security. I paid for 7 days with breakfast included for two adults $700 (us dollars/Expedia). Pool was under repair but you can use the other Holiday Inn’s pool. Front Desk assist with that. There’s also a small gym but with so much to discover, see and walk in GDL you’ll do your exercise goals each day.
Room is big and spacious. Also has two comfortable chairs, desk and bed lamps; and security box. Also your key has access ONLY to your room floor which I do love that extra security.

The breakfast was good and fresh every day. It was also included in my package that was an option it help me. The service staff great. I recommend these hotel. The only thing I don't like was the shower because the water run out because the door do not close completely I have to put a towel every day on the floor to avoid accident. But overall is good.
