The cleaning staff knocked on the doors at 8:00 a.m. because they had instructions from the manager to clean the rooms, when we had gone to bed late. The receptionist in the morning showed negligence and evasion.

We got to the hotel, the room absolutely disgusting there was blood on the sheets the mirrors were dirty, the towels to take showers were really dirty, we have pictures of how everything was. They changed us to another room and the same thing .
