There are a few things that I’m not happy with this hotel First of all the balcony door was unable to double lock it ( my son is 5 y and he was able to open the door and go out- big concern) I called the Front Desk few times and after that they sent a maintenance guy.came try to fix it and they left never came back to fix it. WiFi didn’t work, head of the shower was broken. Tablet that controls Ac and other functions in the room didn’t work . Lights go on and off in the building.

Great place with some details to consider

The hotel was clean everything is well maintained. The room was comfortable and everything worked.. the shower head can use a good cleaning their is nothing rain about it. The water squirts in alm directions.. the bad: the hotel dod not honor our early check in request ans the worst part was they did not let us know. They waited till we arrived to tell us that no rooms were available. We had to wait 4 hours for the normal check in time. The.hotel only has 3 elevators and has i think 30 floors.the elevators are small 5 people max. If the hotel is packed it can take a while to get an elevator
