We stayed here from Saturday - Monday and it was a great experience. The hotel itself was clean, check in was quick and easy, parking is free, rooms were great. The only 4 star I’d give is in regards to the elevator situation. There are only 3 elevators that are for the entire hotel and 1 of them didn’t work. You’d have to wait from 10 min to longer to be able to go up or down because elevator situation was so slow or when it did stop on your floor it was already full. Check out was also quick and easy there are truly no hidden fees at check in or checkout. Restaurants on property not the greatest but there are alot of options close by. Definitely would stay here again!

The staff of this hotel is excellent, but it only had one elevator available for 26 floors. You had to wait 15-20 minutes just to go up to your room. It ruined the experience. I would not stay here again.

We stayed in GDL for a wedding and selected to stay at the Hard Rock Friday- Monday. We thoroughly enjoyed the friendliness, drinks and spacious rooms. While there are lots of dining options on the property they were not impressive or worth the price tag.
