Handicap accessible room hooked four months in advance. No accessible room available when we arrived … not cool. Room was hot even with a/c in all night. Smell of chemicals through the entire unit, causing sore throat at night. Front desk staff not helpful. I would expect a little English knowledge, don’t get me wrong, I wish I spoke Spanish.

polite staff and quick service. bell hop personal go above and beyond everytime we stay. we like staying here especially when we have super early flights. only thing we noticed was bathroom trash can no bag, floor didn't seem so clean(black spotslike something spilled), shower had hairs on the floor.
