Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice! Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service. Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't have long blonde and gray/white hair. Besides that, hey...really beautiful hotel located in a perfect spot with a shopping mall merely a few steps away. 👍

We paid in advance for a reservation and it ended up being downgraded due to unavailability. That room was supposed to be for the groom to get ready which ruined our plans completely. Not to mention our rooms power went out 7 times because we had a hair team doing 4 girls hair for a wedding. We expressed our grievances to the staff and they do absolutely nothing to accommodate us. They did not even provide a refund. Overall terrible experience because it was our wedding weekend. We will never return to this property again.
