The room was ok. The service pretty bad. One example: no water glasses in the room. Called to request 2 glasses and one hour later nothing. Called reception again and I was informed that it was not the responsibility of the hotel. I had to call the manager in turn to finally get the glasses. I stayed here for 10 days and it was a great experience! Staff was super nice, and the room was amazing. Loved the view! I had an accessible room and it was perfect for my situation (recovering from surgery). Overall a wonderful time

Well actually the room was good 👍 check in was also good the only thing tht made upset was they didnt have the pool functioning thts the only thing we got the hotel was for the pool cause on the pictures it looked great and my girls wanted a pool if they would of had a warning stating tht the pool wasnt functioning i probably wouldnt of got it cause we were looking for hotel with a pool but other than tht the room was good
