Well appointed, exceptionally clean and good value

Modern and exceptionally clean. Well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and nice bed linens/pillows. I had a balcony room overlooking the main road on the 7th floor. There is some street noise and a hospital across the street. Request a room on the opposite side if you are sensitive to big city noise. The front desk, bellhop and housekeeping service was absolutely top notch superb and professional. I did not utilize the bar/restaurant so cannot review those services. Very good value for the money. I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel was very central and it was very convenient having the bar downstairs and breakfast as well. The property was close to all major restaurants and attractions so that was a plus. I didn’t like that the bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to keep the door closed of the bathroom because it smelled so much like sewage

Great location, next to Chapultepec Ave, where there is plenty to do. Only drawback on being close to cool places is noise, especially at night. But other than that, great hotel and location. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice hotel, nice staff, and area. The restaurant has good and fresh food. The parking is secure and easily accessible. It's only one block away from Chapultepec, which is an area with restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Be aware that there is some noise at night due to the proximity to party places. I would recommend this place.

I would like to share my experience during my recent three-night stay. Unfortunately, the stay did not meet the level of comfort and cleanliness I had expected. Upon arrival, I noticed hair on the shower wall, and the blanket provided had visible hair from previous guests, which gave the room an unsanitary feel. Additionally, the room temperature was uncomfortably hot, and I was surprised to learn that guests were unable to adjust it. This important detail was not disclosed on the hotel’s website, which would have allowed me to make a more informed decision prior to booking. When I raised these concerns with the reception staff, I found they were unable to provide a resolution. While they were courteous, the lack of effective support left me disappointed.

I love the area we were in, there were lots of restaurants and banks to exchange USA money. Bars to listen to live music. Hotel was clean and staff were really welcoming and breakfast was perfect. The only thing I wish they had a pool to relax outside.

El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación, el personal es muy amable y servicial. Sin embargo, los baños de ambas habitaciones no contaban con la limpieza adecuada y se percibía un olor constante a caño.
