The room was very basic, but clean. I like that they have a small restaurant and food was tasty. Open air window & ceiling fan so temperature was comfortable. Ask for a blanket at check-in as bed only had sheets. I only ordered water through room service but they were prompt and you pay upon delivery. Be careful to put a towel down if your get bathroom floor wet as it's very slick. Very close to 2 hospitals. A value choice option. Also they keep your ID at check-in.

Man banging on door for money..

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! At 2 in the morning a man was banging on my door asking for money! Telling me give me $100 “Baros”. It was the worst experience I could imagine it was just me (women) and my son and for someone to be knocking at you’re door in the middle of the night it’s terrifying. And employees let random people walk around the hall they didn’t even have a room there! The guy in the front was of no help at all. Please do not stay here I really think it was targeted because they knew I was coming from the states. I do not recommend for anybody to stay there.

Descuidada, sillones rotos, pésima limpieza, ruidosa, la televisión sin señal, sin Aire. Sin juegos de camas suficientes y limpios . Te retienen tu identificación . ( lo cual debe estar prohibido ) Lo único bueno es la ubicación si tienes necesidad de estar cerca del hospital .
