Our experience at the hotel was absolutely terrible, due to the poor customer service we received. We had rented 3 rooms, and unfortunately one of the rooms had a broken AC unit that they were unable to fix. We had a set itinerary for our stay which we couldn't postpone, but unfortunately, they only informed us that another room was ready when we were out exploring the city. When we returned, I inquired about the situation to the receptionist, Isela, who had a horrible attitude and rudely told us that there was nothing they could do because we weren't available earlier. When I requested to speak to the manager, receptionist lady with short hair informed me in a disrespectful tone that the manager was not on site. I asked if they could offer a discount or some form of compensation for our uncomfortable stay on the first day, but they simply refused. Needless to say, we will never be staying at the Dali hotel again!!!!
