I paid for I city view and they give me a garage view, I went back and ask to be moved but they say that not all the rooms can have the best view! The bed is not comfortable at all. The rest is okay.

It’s a modest hotel, has some amenities. The room was clean, the views were not awesome but were okay. Was a good economic option without luxuries like bathtub nor pool. A just to sleep option

The rooms that we were gonna be given were 2 bed when originally they were supposed to be king bed rooms. One of the rooms we got their door key/lock was not working. Had to have someone unlock it for us each time we wanted to enter room. The parking was not big enough for guests. My room sheets were dirty and had to be switched before I went to bed. Their “24 hr” room service was not available. The waiter at the restaurant was not friendly. Bad experience overall. Will not be returning.
