Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. They have a roach infestation, bed bug infestation, smells like industrial paint and cigarettes. Nothing works and terrible service. False advertisement, looks nothing like the pictures.

El lugar no se parece nada a las fotos que muestran.. ese lugar se mira que la gente ahí vive y en pésimas condiciones, super inseguro, el baño no servía ni la puerta ni el inhodoro, sin papel de baño y todo el lugar apestaba, no cuentan con wifi, los malandros ya van incluidos (así que no pagarás extra por ellos), eso sí.. la recepcionista muy amable que hasta un churro de mota nos ofreció El check in y check out lo manejan solo en una libretita y te dan la llave de tu cuarto ya que le sacan copia ellos Obviamente nos fuimos y no nos quedamos ni un a sola noche solo como hora y media en lo que encontrabamos otro hotel para irnos (hr y media en la que nunca llegaron las llaves de nuestros cuartos), y no reembolsaron nada

El lugar es terrible, no tiene nada que ver con lo que ofrece, mi habitación era un colchón viejo con cubrecama roto y sucio, no me dieron almohadas ni cobija ni sábana el lugar es detestable una completa estafa parece más motel de mala muerte es de verdad desagradable jamás volvería siquiera a considerarlo como una opción

There is nothing unique about this place. It is horrid. We walked into our room and literally ran out of there. The neighborhood is one of the sketchiest in Guadalajara. Not what the pictures show at all! The bed sheets were stained with blood the bathroom had no water the hallway was not lit up. It was dark and scary to be honest. The desk clerk was totally unprofessional and not interested in my concerns. Please don’t advertise places like these!’

Pésimo lugar para quedarse, la habitación que reservé no estaba disponible al llegar, me dieron la peor que tenían, el baño sin agua, sin papel, y en wc sin servicio. Musica toda la noche, gente fumando mota, literal es un picadero, y la de la recepción súper mal encarada y pésimo trato

No tenían cuarto reservado. Una pareja que llegó antes quebyo canceló su cuarto por encontrarse en pésimo estado y me la asignaron. Al llegar al cuarto me di cuenta que no servía la chapa de la puerta. No cerraba. Por lo que pedí el cambio o cancelación y reembolso, ya que estaba lleno. Ya siendo las 9 de la noche, me limpiaron otro cuarto. Ninguno era como aparecen en las fotografias que expedia publica. Este ultimo tenia un pantalon y toalla colgada en la ventana. El baño no servía, no había agua calientr. El foco del baño eran dos luces de led, casi no se veía. La ventana no tenía vidrio y el frio entraba. No había cobertor solo una sabana delgada. La ventana era cubierta con otra sabana y super transparente. Al final de dejarme en el cuarto, quise cerrar la puerta por dentro y se la había llevado uno del mismo hotel SIN HABERME DICHO. La puerta tampoco podia certar por dentro. Al ver qie se llevaron la llave y no me la regresaban, salí corriendo de ahí. Intenté comunicarme con alguien de Expedia y no tuve respuesta. Con el 3% de carga en el celular, llamé un taxi, y un empleado del mismo hotel se ofreció en escoltarme hasta que el taxi llegara por mi. Es un lugar altamente inseguro y no cumple con lo mínimo para una estancia económica. Es falso lo que ofrecen.

La habitación no tenía nada que ver con las fotos, estaba todo viejo, oscuro, sucio (había hasta restos de cigarrillos en el suelo) y olía horrible. La televisión no funcionaba y no salía agua del grifo. Para rematar había un sujeto silbando y gritando a cada rato dando vueltas por el “hotel” en frente de nuestra habitación y otro que ponía la música altísima que parecía que lo teníamos al lado, comportamientos que no respetaban lo que supuestamente el “hotel” exigía. Gente extraña paseándose y haciendo ruido dentro del “hotel”, seguramente drogadictos por las pintas que tenían y que se reunían dentro y también fuera en las escaleras de la entrada. Fue tan mala la impresión y nos sentíamos tan poco seguros que no duramos ni una noche allí, el mismo día nos fuimos porque si el día era así, no queríamos imaginar lo que sería en la noche. Experiencia horrible y anuncio engañoso. NO SE HOSPEDEN ALLÍ.
