Hotel Morales in Guadalajara absolutely exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. The breakfast is out of this world, a true feast of traditional Mexican dishes, freshly made and bursting with flavor. Every morning felt like a cultural experience in itself. The hotel’s security team is incredible, always kind, professional, and attentive, making us feel completely safe throughout our stay. The entire staff goes above and beyond, ensuring every detail is perfect, from spotless rooms to helpful local recommendations. The property itself is gorgeous, with a charming historic feel and modern comfort blended seamlessly. The location is perfect for exploring the heart of Guadalajara, yet it’s peaceful and relaxing once you’re back inside. We will 100% be returning, in a heartbeat! If you’re visiting Guadalajara, don’t think twice. This place is a gem.

The property was undeniably charming, with a classical colonial look that reflects the character of Guadalajara. Everything was clean and well-maintained for the most part, which made for a pleasant first impression. However, a few issues affected the overall comfort of the stay. As is somewhat characteristic of the area, there was a noticeable sewer smell in the restrooms that detracted from the experience. Additionally, the beds were not very comfortable, which made restful sleep a bit challenging. Overall, the ambiance and cleanliness were commendable, but improvements in restroom ventilation and bedding comfort would make a significant difference.

Everything was great! The only thing, if you dont go up to the check in desk, they wont call you. You need to go up to people for service. I was waiting until they were ready to help me and was never called until valet told me to go up to the desk.

Breakfast was excellent, the chef would prepare my breakfast just the way I ask her. Staff was very nice , bathroom was a bit outdated but everything was working, I would come back to this hotel again.
