very bad place it looks abandoned the breakfast is not good the rooms are dirty it had roaches it’s a very oooooold building the elevators have to be conducted by someone the rooms have actual keys not like the cars ones the waiting/lobby is dirty like the couches are greasy they look black we rented for 4 night and we only stayed one because it even smelt nasty

Not safe

My plans were to stay a week..but the hotel was no safe for me or my daughter ..the mexican judicial police use the hotel..I don't know if is their staying hotel to sleep.. or other..anyway it was noisy at night..people shouting..sirens going...police cleaning their guns in the stairs....one bad was shaky..I didn't feel safe there.so only spent one night..and move to a diferent hotel the next day and spent the rest of the week at the other hotel I won't recommend hotel .Nueva Galicia to anybody sorry.

Definitely not a 3 star quality hotel

Foam mattress, not what you would expect in a 3*** hotel. Room was tidy but not very clean. Several insect bite, verifying Bed bugs. No vending machines. Breakfast consisted of eggs and juice. Staff was reasonably friendly. Bring your own hair dryer.

Ingrese, hice el chek in, pague, subi y dure solo 10 minutos, mal oliente a viejo humedad, lugar feo, descuidado, el tiempo que estuve esos 10 minutos, me sirvieron solo para hacer reservacion en otro hotel. Y no hicieron reembolso alguno.

Habitación limpia, pero le urge mantenimiento, las instalaciones estan un poco deterioradas, aun que por su precio es aceptable, cuenta con elevador que es una gran ventaja si viajas con equipaje, está céntrico e incluye desayuno muy bueno.

Estuvimos relativamente bien, me mostraron dos habitaciones la primera tenía muchísimas cucarachitas, por todo el piso, donde nos quedamos no tenía ninguna. Pero si se nota muy antiguo y sus materiales cortinas, cama, baño, etc. muy deteriorados. Eso sí muy económico e incluía el desayuno. huevo al gusto o chilaquiles con frijoles (rico) Si eres fresón estarás muy incómodo… para una noche de emergencia genial. Me dijeron que ya no quedaban habitaciones, espero y las otras estén en mejores condiciones.
