We liked the hotel however it was lacking a fridge in the room or an ice machine. There was a lot of late night noise with people slamming their doors. Otherwise its a good place to stay for the cost.

La señora del recibo es muy amable y paciente. Todo ha sido bien, estaba viajando como mujer solita y sentía muy segura en este lugar. Lo recomiendo a otras mujeres quienes necesitan algo así.

Super easy to everything. Super nice and friendly staff. I dont like the A/C after few hours drop water. I know is normal but not in the middle of the walking area. Separate from that all is great. I recommended !!!

I had a great experience stayed for a week and liked it so much i stayed another week in total two weeks the manager was amazing Alejandra, Mauricio were exceptional great service and friendly staff. Only inconvenience was one staff that would give me a hard time an elderly woman with glasses by the name of guadalupe.. dont know why but she would be rude and made unnecessary remarks towards me and my family. She was the only inconvenience personally but i just ignored her. Besides that overall a great experience. The cathedral is 6 minutes away walking distance food everywhere, stores and even bars and night clubs near the area. Would definitely recommend

on our last night we found bed bugs on both beds. We let the staff know and they just said they'd take care of it but we didn't get any compensation for it. My arms and back are covered in bites now
