Our time at the Hotel

A couple of issues we experienced was no water and no internet. But the staff was great and the breakfast was great. We mentioned this to staff and they were very receptive to listening to our proplems. We would go again.

We stayed at La Villa del Ensueño two nights earlier this month and it was great! The hotel was beautifully decorated. The staff was super helpful, especially since the entrance was on a street which was under construction. The staff was able to direct us accordingly, helped in every way possible. Also, we had an early flight upon check out and someone was available to help us. We really appreciated the care. The hotel includes breakfast and a beverage from the bar, but If you want to venture out of the hotel, you are walking distance to Calle Independencia where there are a lot of great restaurant options. Villa de Ensueño is a hidden gem!

We arrived at a ridiculous hour , but Nico and Blas were very accommodating. The restaurant and bar staff are all fantastic. The hotel itself is clean and attractive, and the area is very quiet in the evenings. It's just a short walk to Tlaquepaque center, and it's easy to get a cab if you wish. We will stay here again.

We very much enjoyed our stay - so much so that we extended our time by an extra day! The property itself is beautiful and well maintained. It’s also a short (7-10 minute) walk to the Tlaquepaque central square. We utilized Uber to get to downtown Guadalajara and Tonala, but we understand there are easy busy options close by too. The team at the hotel are fantastic - a special thank you to everyone for your hospitality, and especially April, Elizabeth and Jesus for all of your help in planning our activities.

Second time saying here and it didn’t disappoint ! Great service and rooms are clean and beautiful. The tile work in the bathrooms is a true work of art. Great AC in the rooms and access to the entire hotel is easy and convenient. Beds are comfortable and bedding was good quality. Included breakfast is always a plus and food was good. Staff were helpful and super nice. I will keep coming back whenever I’m on the area

Beautiful boutique hotel, a little off the Main Street, but very close to everything. It was so quiet and peaceful. The decor was beautiful and the property was well taken care of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were so delicious and so much food! And the included welcome drinks were a nice touch. So easy to add a special touch like that, yet most places don’t. Ensueño exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back next time we visit Guadalajara!

The employees at the Villa were well-mannered, kind and warmly welcoming. We were surrounded by many works of art. Every pathway was a garden with so much detail, we could have just stayed at the hotel to enjoy the peace and tranquilty of its surroundings. Enjoyed every minute there.
