We stayed at the Origen 438 for business travel, and I have to say it was a phenomenal experience. First, the room was very large with enough space to work and relax. Bathroom was huge. The restaurant is beautiful with a huge terrace. The staff were all super accommodating in every sense with all my food limitations, they adjusted ever menu item. The food was one of the best I ever had in a hotel. Very extended variety, all freshly made (even the bread). Now, the hotel is located right on downtown. It was very convenient for our meetings. Walking distance from the Cathedral and many local downtown attractions and restaurants. And about 20 min drive to most of the popular destinations like Tlatepaque, The hotel is an oasis in the middle of the old Guadalajara center.

Lovely rooms. The breakfast menu is a menu and not a buffet. It's not the fastest. So if you're in a hurry let them know. There there's no elevator if you're on the third floor, it didn't bother me but just in case you need to know. The hotel is lovely and everybody was super helpful.

2nd time we stay at this hotel and I absolutely loved it. Very clean, great food! Service was amazing. Everyone was supper friendly and helpful. The manager is very attentive to everyone and he even remembered us from our last stay in July 2024. Definitely recommend and will stay here again,

The entire staff was so helpful and kind. Concierge was able to coordinate travel to and from the airport. Miguel provided us with an exceptional dining experience and had amazing recommendations. The hotel is definitely a hidden gem! The rooms are a great size and by far the nicest I've stayed at in Guadalajara. We were upgraded to King suite and it did not disappoint. The Hotel was literally a 1 minute walk to Downtown and the area was most definitely safe. The staff was the best part!! From the check-in staff, security, servers and to our amazing bartender Abraham!!! We will definitely be back.
