Staff was very courteous and helpful. My room seemed to still be under construction and was pretty dusty. Bed was decent if you like mattress on the firm side. Shower had very good heat and water pressure. Neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful at night, but still very close to downtown. Overall, a solid budget hotel if all you need is a bed and hot shower.

Nice surprise.

We were very pleasantly surprised with this stay. It had been rated in the 7', but we found it very clean, the staff (Perla(??)) Was very personable, bathroom was clean, strong hot shower, good place to sit outside the room. In addition, my friend was sick one day and both of the staff who learned of this were very thoughtful. One made and brought her tea. Only negative. Someone was smoking at night in the hotel, and tje smoke seemed tp find its way directly to our room.

Hotel muy barato en el centro

Es un hotel muy barato prácticamente para ir a dormir sin gastar mucho dinero. Esta céntrico quedan cerca muchas cosas en el centro que te puedes ir caminando. A pesar de ser tan sencillo esta limpio. La cama si fue muy incomoda y las almohadas no se digan super incomodas pero bueno ahorre mucho dinero porque solamente necesitaba un lugar para dormir unas horas.

Todo muy bien el personal muy amables y atentos, Muy bonito el hotel. Lo unico fue que si podrian invertir en colchones menos duros y almohadas mejores ya que estaban llenas de bolas y duras, y en estos tiempos de frio poner cobijas mas calientes sin tener que pedirlas en recepcion.

Está bien, si no eres exigente.

Por lo que cobran está muy bien. El cuarto es pequeño, cuando llegamos no nos dieron toallas porque no tenían limpias, tuvimos que esperar hasta el día siguiente. Sólo hay un ventilador de techo y no da tanto aire, estábamos a 30° y sí se sentía mucho calor, no hay ventanas, así que la única opción era abrir la puerta, que quedaba frente a la recepción, así que sí es verdad los demás comentarios que puede haber poca privacidad, porque la cortina, aunque de la parte de arriba sí se corre bien, la parte de abajo se comienza a enrollar y puedes quedar expuesto si no lo la cierras bien, lo que lo hace complicado, porque tienes que hacerlo cada vez que se abre la puerta. Las personas son muy amables y atentas, y está muy céntrico, llegas caminando a muchos lugares turísticos. El hotel se ve seguro. Nuestro vuelo llegaba tarde y este es uno de los pocos lugares que pudimos hacer el check in tarde (gracias por eso).

El Hotel es muy pequeño y le falta mucho mantenimiento, la puerta de la habitación no funcionaba bien. Y como era de cristales dejaba entrar demasiada claridad, incluso con la cortina se alcanzaba a ver hacia el interior de la habitación, no tiene privacidad. Si deseas que te guarden tu equipaje tiene costo a diferencia de otros lugares donde es de cortesía. Incluso habiendo dejado la habitación varias horas antes de que se venciera.

Es un lugar muy bonito y cómodo para descansar. La zona es bastante variable, existen lugares donde puede ser peligroso cruzarse sin embargo la zona principal donde se transita para llegar al lugar es bastante tranquila y segura. Cerca de la propiedad específicamente a una cuadra y media se encuentra el tren ligero con dirección a periférico norte. Por ello la ubicación del hotel es bastante recomendada si se necesita estar cerca de vías de transporte rápido o si se necesita moverse en transporte público con facilidad. Me gusto mucho la estancia!

Muy amables las personas de recepción y está en lugar céntrico, pero falla mucho el WiFi y no pudieron hacer el cobro con tarjeta por lo que tuve que buscar un cajero para retirar efectivo. No te hacen la limpieza si no lo solicitas y no te avisan eso al principio. Las puertas de los cuartos se atoran y la de la entrada también, por lo que hacen mucho ruido al entrar y salir. Esta aceptable para pasar la noche ya que durante el día uno se la pasa turisteando.

Está muy accesible para estar en zona centro. Llegas a pie sin mayor problema. El costo es muy accesible. Lo que no me gustó es que se escucha mucho ruido en la habitación cuando entran otros huespedes y si tienes sueño ligero, tendrás problemas.
