Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Si buscas algo barato es buena opción. Sin embargo el sitio es inseguro en sus alrededores. NO hay vigilancia, el edificio se queda sin nadie en caseta toda la noche y casi todo el día. Zona de muchos indigentes. El apartamento está ok en muebles de salón y cocina, sin embargo detalles como baños y ropa de cama son muy sucios y viejos. Tuberías abiertas por las paredes, cables sueltos …. Hay mejores opciones en colonias aledañas. Cosas buenas: la llegada es automatizada. A mejorar, no te previenen que para tu entrada debes bajar una app y esto dificulta tu entrada al edificio. Todos los accesos: peatonales y para estacionamiento son con QR. No hay personal de Tribu allí, con suerte un albañil la uso de nuestra llegada y nos enteramos de todo el proceso gracias a otro inquilino. Podrían tener un onboarding mejor planificado, para ayudar al usuario en su llegada.
