The room was excellent! Top floor with an extraordinary view from the City of Zapopan. We did the upgrade to a bigger room on the top floor and it worth the price. The personnel very friendly and attentive. I thank you for getting our room ready for early checkup. We certainly will be back to this hotel.

Excellent hotel, very clean and spacious rooms with an awesome balcony view. Hotel located in Providencia with multiple walkable restaurants. Driving distance to the main malls such as Andares and Landmark is within 15-20 minute. Definitely staying in Voco on my next visit to GDL.

Beautiful room, great food and friendly staff. My only complaint is the shower drain. It smelled a bit like sewer. Someone came in to look at it and took care of the problem a day later the smell came back.

It’s a nice hotel, check in was easy and staff was courteous. My room was clean and king size bed was comfortable. It’s literally in front of Strana (club), but I didn’t hear any music while asleep. I was facing the back so maybe that’s why. I’d stay here again. Some restaurants are near (La casa de los Plato’s, La docena) about a 15min walk or 5min driving.
