The Space:

Settle into a comfortable, family-friendly cabin featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across multiple levels. The cozy living area, complete with a fireplace and cathedral ceiling, is ideal for relaxed gatherings. Unwind in the game room with foosball and board games, or retreat to the dedicated, laptop-friendly workspace designed for remote work when needed.



Step outside to enjoy the fresh coastal air with outdoor seating and a grill/BBQ area. The downstairs suite has a private entrance and can function independently from the main level, featuring a convenient kitchenette — ideal for larger groups, extended stays, or guests seeking extra privacy. In-home laundry and WiFi adds ease and comfort.



Driveway parking is available for up to three vehicles.

• Bedroom 1 (middle level): Twin bunk beds (great kids’ room)

• Bedroom 2 (middle level): Queen bed

• Bedroom 3 (middle level): Queen bed

• Bedroom 4 (lower level): King bed; located near the downstairs kitchenette

• There is an additional full size sleeper sofa in the living room area.

Bathrooms:

• Bathroom 1 (middle level): Tub/shower combo

• Bathroom 2 (upper level): Walk-in shower

• Bathroom 3 (lower level): Walk-in shower





Important Things to Note

• Stairs: This is a multi-level cabin and steps are required.

• WiFi/Cell Service: Due to the Sea Ranch/Gualala area’s remote setting, WiFi and cell service can be spotty or occasionally unavailable.

• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 3 cars only; additional parking is available offsite.

• Laundry: Washer/dryer located on the middle level in the hall bathroom area

• Security Cameras: 1 security camera is installed on the property’s exterior and monitor outdoor/common areas only. They do not face any private interior spaces. This camera is a doorbell camera.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided.

As a guest of this cabin, you'll find barbecue grills and an arcade/game room. The front desk is open around the clock.
