Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Beautiful hotel with ideal location, walking distance from Church and Teatro Juarez. Many shops and restaurants nearby. This hotel has a unique subterranean pool area. Ask for Ana and Karen if you visit the spa, they were amazing.

The rooms are a good size. Bathroom is spacious. Both were very clean. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. There's so much to do and see just steps away. We were there during spring break and it was quiet. We slept great.
