The property is beautiful & the rooms are decent. I came with my family and I do not think they are kid friendly. I felt very judged most of the time. If you are a couple staying here, it is great. And in a great location, everything is walking distance.

Considering the difference in language the staff were very patient and accommodating. We liked the character of old Mexico. The hotel was ideally situated in the historic district. Great coffee shop right outside. Only negative did not open till. 8.30. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou.

Excellent location within Guanajuato. The room itself was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the city from the balcony. There is no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. The staff is courteous and helped with tour reservations and to get taxis. There is no in room coffee service provided, and we were given two 350ml bottles of water, so it was a bit of a hassle having to go get coffee and water whenever we needed it. Aside from those minor areas of improvement, the hotel is definitely a great place to stay.

I didn't like the property because: - the bed frame was broken and when we moved it made noise. - I think it would be good to distribute families better as babies were crying in front of our room.

I booked a room with a balcony and city view and didn't get what I booked, I brought it up with the receptionist and was told there was nothing they could do, wouldn't even refund me the difference to a low end room... they're more worried about their towels n sheets then the actually hospitality...the parking is 1km away too just so you know

Parece ser que la carencia de hoteles con estacionamiento en la zona centro es abundante, cuando tienes problemas para caminar eso se convierte en un problema, no entendí el por qué te piden copia de credencial y de tarjeta de crédito te dicen que son las normas del hotel pero honestamente nos sentimos incómodos con dejar esta información.

Bellas instalaciones con vista a la ciudad, muy cerca del centro histórico, todo esta super cerca a pie, muchos restaurantes, Teatro Juarez, Catedral, La Alhóndiga, Callejoneada, etc. El personal siempre muy amable en todo. Quizá lo único que para mi no fue gran inconveniente es que no tiene estacionamiento cerca, esta a unos 12 min. caminando. pero ya que es una ciudad donde caminar para conocer y vivir la experiencia de Guanajuato es clave pues fue un placer.
