Wow, this place was fantastic! From the very first moment the staff was helpful, kind and friendly. So glad they valet parked the car for us. The location was perfection, we could walk to everything. Our room was gorgeous and peaceful. We loved the high ceilings. We had dinner on the roof restaurant and it was fantastic. We each had a different soup, both were so good and we are still thinking about how yummy they were. Nueva 25 is my new favorite hotel.

I would not say therewas anything unique about the property it was clean. The staff were friendly not easy to get to especially if you’re driving into the city with a car they don’t have any parking and it’s very difficult to get out of your car to get your luggage in and out.
