O apartamento é exatamente como está nas fotos. Super limpo...com aparência de tudo novinho. Contém todos os utensílios de cozinha. Atendeu demais as minhas necessidades e a da minha família. Bem localizado, sem barulho. Praia muito boa e bem frequentada. Deixo aqui os meus agradecimentos a Andreia, secretaria da Sandra. O seu atendimento foi de uma excelência máxima. Dicas: Como peguei muuuuuito calor o apartamento é quente demais, mas nada como bom ventilador para melhorar. Levem ventilador, pois os ventiladores de teto não dão conta!!!

Para quem estiver procurando um bom apartamento para passar uns dias no Guarujá, recomendo a locação deste imóvel. O apartamento é bem aconchegante, bem localizado, tem dois hipermercados próximos o Carrefour e o Extra. Ano que vem vou alugar novamente.

Eu e minha família adoramos o imóvel! Bem higienizado e arejado. Próximo a tudo. Super praticidade ( me senti em casa pois é praticamente completo ). Adorei a decoração com quadros em vários ambientes da casa pois valorizam ainda mais o espaço. Proprietária Sandra, super prestativa e atenciosa , como também o pessoal da recepção ( Seu Severino, Vidal e Edvan ). Agradeço à todos pelo carinho e atenção. Espero voltar em breve.

Nos hospedamos aqui no começo de julho e foi só alegria, nem um dia mais friozinho atrapalhou, aliás foi uma delícia caminhar na praia nesse dia. Apartamento muito gostoso, limpíssimo, confortável, bem decoradinho, com tudo o que precisamos, dava até pra morar. Não queria ir pra cozinha de jeito nenhum, mas no dia que precisei, não me arrependi, tudo limpo, com cara de novo, todos os acessórios que precisava disponíveis, essa foi fácil Praia tranquila, sem bagunça, sem aperto, tem um quiosque perto com boa comida, eles fornecem mesa e cadeiras na areia para quem consome. Proprietária muito atenciosa, funcionários do prédio também, o prédio também é muito bom, parquinho legal para as crianças, vagas na garagem privilegiadas, churrasqueira super gostosa. Resumindo, nada com que se preocupar ou se arrepender. Gostoso demais !!!

INSTALAÇÕES EXCELENTES * ÓTIMA LOCAL

Aluguei o apartamento de 29/12/14 a 04/01/15 para passar o reveillon com a família. A experiência foi ótima, ficamos tão bem instalados e encantados que não queríamos mais voltar! O apartamento é novo, bem decorado, super ventilado, confortável, aconchegante, limpo e dispõe de toda estrutura que se possa imaginar. Também possui uma vista linda da sacada. A localização é privilegiada, próximo da praia e com tudo ao redor (hipermercado, padaria, farmácia, restaurantes, lanchonetes, posto de gasolina e etc.). Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos funcionários do prédio e pela proprietária (Sandra) que foi muito prática, disponível e atenciosa. Em resumo, queremos voltar outras vezes, recomendadíssimo!!!
