Ótima Localização

O apartamento é muito bom, a localização é melhor ainda, perto de tudo mesmo, 3 quadras do Carrefour, 3 quadras de lojas de conveniência e 2 quadras da praia, tem elevador no prédio, o apartamento fica localizado na melhor parte do Guarujá. Estava bem limpo e tudo funcionando. Roberto sempre responde as mensagens rapidamente e o Marcos lá no prédio é gente boa de mais nos ajudou bastante.

Apartamento pertinho da praia, muito bom!

Apartamento muito bom, limpinho, completinho e pertinho da praia. Tem tudo o que é preciso sem necessidade de carro, tudo a pé. O pessoal do prédio é muito atencioso e prestativo. Recomendo.
