In all comfortable ceiling fans or air conditioners (2), screen protection in the windows. New clothes washer. Covered barbecue (huge balcony with 98sqm). Vacancy covered for 1 car, however availability is allowed to occupy other vacancies, through conversation with caretaker.

Excelente estadia

Fomos em um grupo de 12 pessoas e o apartamento conseguiu comportar tranquilamente. A parte da varanda é bem espaçosa, e um dos banheiros tem o chuveiro separado do lavabo, o que é bom para grandes grupos. Há diversos utensílios e eletrodomésticos de cozinha, não sentimos falta de nada crucial. A comunicação com o proprietario é ótima, dá boas instruçoes e é resolutivo. Há ar condicionado em quase todos os quartos (somente um tem ventilador) e na sala. O apto é bem localizado, muito perto da avenida principal com diversos comercios, farmacias, mercado, etc., e 10-15 minutos andando da praia. Tivemos contato com o zelador do prédio, o qual também é muito solicito.

Ótimo apartamento, localização boa, um pouco distante para idosos 4 quadras largas, porém o Sr. Walter é muito prestativo, o Sr. Carlos zelador foi muito bacana conosco, adorei o apartamento, a localização (Para um público mais jovem), não tive a opção de falar com o síndico para uma segunda vaga (como fala no anúncio). Porém o apartamento é bem espaçoso, bem cuidado, tudo que precisa. O apartamento fica próximo de mercados, farmácias, tudo do comercio próximo. Além da sacada ser bem espaçosa e aconchegante.

Muito bom adoramos!!!

O apartamento estava super limpinho, bem aconchegante e com ótima localização. Cozinha completa, espaço bem amplo, sacada super grande perfeito para as crianças brincarem. Perto de supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes, padarias e bem próximo da praia também. O proprietário Sr Walter muito prestativo e atencioso. No começo fiquei com receio de alugar pois não estava acostumada mas ele me passou muita confiança e por fim deu tudo certo!!! Eu e minha família adoramos e com certeza voltaremos mais vezes. Gratidão

Estou deixando a avaliação aqui por sei que é muito importante, porque conta muito nas minhas escolhas quando vou locar por temporada. Sentimos um certo receio, porque foi tão simples tratar com o Walter que assustamos. Passei meu aniversário com minha família no feriado de 20/11 e foi maravilhoso. O apartamento é perfeito, limpo, cheiroso, totalmente equipado. Foi como estar em casa! Recomendo muito e com certeza será sempre a primeira opção quando voltarmos.

Melhor feriado de Páscoa!

Passamos o feriado de Páscoa e foi tudo perfeito! Apartamento muito bom, tudo funciona perfeitamente e fica bem pertinho de supermercados , farmácias , padarias e restaurantes. Para chegar até o mar ,fizemos todos os dias durante nossa estadia uma caminhada de uns 10 minutos bem tranquilos (o que faz bem para a saúde, rs!). Não usamos o carro para nada ,a não ser para passear em Pitangueiras à noite, enfim...foi tudo perfeito. Agradecemos ao Sr. Walter pela atenção, pelas dicas e etc. Concerteza retornaremos muitas vezes.

Muito bom... Perto da Praia da Enseada!

O imóvel é muito bom! Fica próximo a Praia da Enseada... fomos a pé para a Praia. Perto de supermercados, bancos, farmácia, pitzzaria. Vale a pena conhecer e se hospedar! Além de está em um condomínio super seguro, muito limpo e tudo muito organizado. Agradecemos ao Sr. Walter pela confiança!
