BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT !!! - 02 blocks from the beach, barbecue and pool, approximately 200/250 meters from the beach. - close to bakeries, Extra and Dia market, Meat shop and other shops. -near the Estrada de Pernambuco with access to the beaches of Pernambuco, Perequê, Bertioga, etc. - 7 min from Shopping Jequiti - Praia Pernambuco - Mercado Pão de Açucar. 2-The apt is located approximately 500m. the Peninsula / Tortuga, a place with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and nearby islands; great walk / hike. - During the season, the condominium has 24 hour security and beach service (takes umbrella and beach chairs back and forth).
