My space is next to Cove Beach - (400 meters) 5 minutes quiet walk ... close to restaurants, hypermarket (on the street) and bars. My space is great for families (with children) Minimum stay 2 days, except for New Year's Eve which is 3 days and Carnival which is 4 days I don't accept more than 20 guests Ceiling Fan in all bedrooms, living room and gourmet space Air conditioning 1 suite and 1 bedroom Cable TV in the living room and TV in the barbecue.
Garage for 4 large cars.
Quiet location with security guardhouse around the corner, electric fence and alarms.

A casa e grande, localização boa, perto da praia. Sentimos falta da Internet e acredito que uma manutenção geral melhoraria muito mais as condições da casa. Mas não tenho do que reclamar, pois foi um final de semana familiar.

Perfeito com toques de capricho na casa e atendimento pontual muito educado do Doca e do Sr Alberto

Casa terrea bastante ampla mesmo assim muito limpa até com toques de perfume de ambiente na sala e banheiros. Fogao grande e microondas e todos utensilios que precisamos na cozinha. Roupas de cama limpas para as 16 pessoas que estavam conosco. Pertinho da praia em local seguro com com guarita de segurança na esquina e casa com alarme e cerca eletrica. Area da piscina espetacular pois fica ao lado da área gourmet com televisão , Garagem acomodou os nossos 4 carros grandes Ar condicionado em 1 suite e 1 dos quartos mas todos os outros tinham ventilador de teto.

Fomos em 12 pessoas porém a casa tranquilamente comporta 18 a 20 pessoas em quartos grandes e camas confortáveis Doca o caseiro foi muito prestativo e até foi comprar carvão para gente quando acabou o nosso. A piscina e área de churrasqueira são nota 10 e com toda a privacidade, Casa pertinho da praia menos de 10 minutos a pé
