Uma das mais ruins que fiquei. Não trocava nada dos quartos, nem lixo, não fazem serviço de quarto. Não davam toalhas a mais(trocas). Café da manhã beeeeeem murcho. Não ficaria novamente não E piscina suja.

Péssima! Quartos sujos, toalhas e roupas de cama com mal cheiro. Banheiro com td enferrujado e sujo! Reclamamos mas n tivermos sucesso nada resolveram! Não indico! E ainda compram para trocar a toalha suja q deixaram no quarto. Cama com cheiro e mancha de xixi! Precário!

A pousada e bem familiar, os funcionários são receptivos, exceto a gerente que infelizmente teve uma postura que aí meu ver foi totalmente inadequada. Estrutura antiga acho que precisa de manutenção. Café da manhã até às 10h, infelizmente chegamos as 09:45 já estavao retirando os alimentos e o pouco que sobrou estava ruim e frio. Sugestões: Trocaria a gestão do Hotel e melhoraria o café da manhã. Afinal pagamos para que possamos ser bem atendidos. Uma pena Lugar bom Piscina maravilhosa Poderiam melhorar isso

Pousada , com localização ótima, muito perto da praia , piscina principal ótima quartos bom , local agradável e aconchegante , só não tem como dar uma nota melhor, devido o café da manhã ser muito simples e de reposição muito demorada quando os alimentos estão acabando ,os hóspedes que vão chegando para tomar café,acabam com menos opção, tendo que solicitar a reposição dos alimentos, sendo que o correto é ficar um funcionando próximo acompanhando ,e repondo automáticamente .

Para ser considerada ruim, tem que melhorar muito

Pousada em péssimas condições de conservação, chuveiro não tinha pressão, somente um filete de água que parecia que o chuveiro estava entupido. Amenities insuficientes para o período, águas que estavam no frigobar estavam violadas e os preços praticados são em desacordo com a realidade oferecida pela pousada. Equipamentos do quarto apresentando sinais de desgaste por ferrugem, cama desconfortável, feeling do staff ruim demais, chegamos uma hora mais cedo, e não se importaram em liberar um quarto mais cedo. Querem te cobrar por tudo, por chave, por qr code que é usado para consumir no hotel, piscina próxima ao quarto estava porcamente suja, e fizemos solicitações a camareira e fomos ignorados.

Razoável!

Nossa experiência foi razoável. Atendimento em si foi bom, porém são intolerantes à saída. Solicitei um late checkout de poucos minutos, uma horinha pelo menos, por uma necessidade especial, e não concederam. Queriam nos cobrar meia diária. Enfim. Detalhes mínimos q faria toda a diferencia para os hóspedes. O chuveiro é muito quente e não tem como controlar a temperatura, é hora fica frio de repente. Tem q haver mais cuidados com essa questão.
