O Hotel tem uma estrutura predial; localização; sacadas com vista do mar (ou não); quartos e banheiros - conforme sua metragem e valor -; áreas de lazer e alimentação, e funcionários "Ótimos"! Na minha opinião, precisa contratar manutenção (geral, no dia a dia, para resolver o que for necessário) e limpeza (tipo deep clean) com mais frequência (pelo o que eu vi no quarto que fiquei); trocar "toda" a roupa de cama a cada saída de hóspedes e entrada de novos (no quarto que fiquei - com uma vista maravilhosa do mar - lençol e fronhas cheiravam o suor de outros/as; a colcha e travesseiros com fronhas da colcha, estavam sujos, manchados e tbm cheirando o suor ruim de outros/as pessoas); sendo possível, tirar madeiras do quarto ou pinta-las ou dedetização nestas (estão cheirando ruim, muito forte, e achei sobre o lençol de baixo um inseto, da família dos besouros - parderus - que conheço porque já fui picada na cama - dormindo - num chalé de madeira que havia me hospedado, e fiquei com feridas horríveis na perna; fazer um check list no quarto antes da entrada dos hóspedes (o quarto que eu fiquei, após eu desligar o ar condicionado e saído para passear, na volta não ligava, foi preciso um rapaz da manutenção ir lá fazer uma gambiarra para funcionar porque havia um buraco no local onde estaria um tal botão que iria me auxiliar na minha dificuldade). Não se trata minha avaliação de querer luxo, só ente higiene e cuidados.Obrigada!

Hotel velho e decepcionante

Minha avaliação não ser diferente da maioria. Realmente não até hotel, o único na gente do mar na praia do Tombo está ultrapassado, antigo, precisando de revitalização urgente. Balcão da recepção deplorável, madeiras na escadas e portas “passando ar” de decoração velha é antiga (baga contra, desde que conservada). Moveis belhos na varanda. Guarda corpo em madeira e solto, perigoso para crianças e idosos. Espelho Velho e manchado, umidade em diversos locais. E no café da manhã pegamos duas manteigas “passadas”. Ponto positivo: ótima localização!!! Staff de manutenção e recepcao super prestativos. Somente o do check-in parecia não querer está ali trabalhando: indiferente. Absurdo o valor de $450 a $900 diária pelo o que entregam.

A estadia da família foi boa, localização e praia excelentes!! O prédio precisa de reformas, e achamos que a limpeza deixa a desejar. Café da manha excelente!!!
