The room was renovated, spacious, clean and very nice. Although I like the hotel facilities and love their breakfast, they almost did not let us check in. They found our Orbitz reservations, but wanted to charge us again for the nights twice when we had already paid in full through the app. After a long time and struggle, they finally let us get into the room until the problem was solved. I stayed there before and did not have that problem, but this time, they did not know how to handle the Orbitz reservation nor the situation.

It was not what I have expected, the building is old and the rooms are not adequated to the current needs, the walls were a little dirty, the ligths were not so clears, one of the sheets within the bead was torned, so it was not the best expirience to came back in the future.

My reservation was for a 3 bed and was given a 2 bed. 2nd option with 3 beds was on the 9th floor. Room in the worst condition possible, old furniture, carpet and smell of humidity. Was eventually provided with a better room.

The view on the 6th floor was amazing, but the staff during dinner I never got her name but she was the manager on duty for Thursday June 5th was rude and it seem she didn’t wanna help in regards to an error the server admitted to making. The water pressure was horrible, couldn’t keep a stable water temperature and flow. Would not recommend

Location was close to great restaurants and nightlife. My first room was from the 1980s dirty stained rug, old decor and beds. On 3rd night relocated to another room which was renovated on 13th floor and was extremely clean. The gym was not open on Sundays. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
