We have stayed here previously, this time we had a tub in the bathroom, it needs to be replaced or upgraded to a shower. Lobby is beautiful, room, not so, brown grouts, no toiletries. We expected better. Staffing very helpful.

The 9th floor business center was wonderful, all the staff was wonderful. Love this hotel, wish they had more bathtubs or a private jacuzzi for upper floors but i love everything else. Best spa and great energy. My only complaint is the tea and coffee machine was removed from business center
