Great location, temporarily noisy

Was upgraded to a 2-room suite, which was a lovely space. Kitchen, nice bathroom, a balcony! However, despite being on the 7th floor, tiny ants found my wrapped snacks in about an hour. Also, major construction across the street from 7am to 11pm nightly (a new hotel?), so bring earplugs if you're a light or day sleeper. Breakfast was delicious, with a nice assortment of entrees (eggs, french toast, pancakes, etc) and lots of fruit and breads. Location was good, many restaurants within a 10-minute walk. The front desk called a driver to take me ($8) to La Aurora Zoo(excellent zoo), and i felt very safe walking alone back to the hotel (about a mile) afterwards. Will be a much more pleasant stay once construction next block is finished.

Breckfast was fabulous with full meals juice, fruit, table cloths and attentive waiters. Dining options near by like le maison were outstanding. Beds were comfortable and the small greenhouse have nice natural light. PILLOWS WERE PERFECT.

I like the Hotel and the staff specially the dining room staff, and breakfast is delicious. I didn’t like the shower, the shower head spilled water all over the floor and I didn’t like the towels they were stained and look dirty

Near airport, good stay, great breakfast

My flight landed 45minutes late, but the shuttle driver was kind to wait and we managed to find each other outside the arrivals terminal.One night stay, room was good, could use some washcloths in bathroom. Next to a busy street, but noise was low. However, I awoke to exhaust fumes from cars & trucks, despite being on the 4th floor. Breakfast was included and wonderful! Choices included omelets, pancakes, french toast, and came with juice, coffee, rolls, and lots of fruit. Be advised that the restaurant is only open for breakfast, but there are lots of places to eat in the neighborhood. The price for my room was fair, and I would stay here again.

Good value with a convenient location

I stayed the evening with my wife prior to an international flight departure. Staff very friendly, room clean & adequate. Airport shuttle and included breakfast weren't available considering our early departure.

Better than expected. The room was clean and very comfortable. Bed was great! They were amazing and let us store luggage while we did a 2 night trip to Tikal. Everyone that worked there was helpful and nice. 2 blocks to a shopping center that has many eating options.
