Room smelled awful. Hotel believes it was bad paint! So I was forced to sleep in a room with the worst smell and was not offered a refund. If smell wasn’t enough, noisy all night. Terrible experience.

I booked a room at their airport location and when I arrived they said they were full and drove me to another building of theirs that had apartment style vacation rentals. The issue is I landed at midnight so being driven to another location this late at night was stressful and scary to say the least.

The staff were professional and extremely friendly. This is the absolute best place to stay close to the airport. They have a shuttle for free which is helpful. They also packed me a complimentary box breakfast since my flight left before their resturarant

The front desk staff made me feel like I was asking for free, by mentioning that the only options for free breakfast were 2, when I made the reservation, it says that breakfast was included, so some how the breakfast gets paid, I will never believe that the place provide free food. and I am very lucky to be very fortunate to have enough money to pay for what I eat, Also when it was time to leave the guy at the front desk made me feel like we were Thieves, I will never never return to this place , much less recommend it.

I have stayed at over 100 hotels through hotels.com and this is the first time that a hotel staff inventoried the room and insisted there was a missing facecloth. Charged us a small amount for it. It was absurd, who wants a used Guatemalan facecloth? Clearly used to a low class clientele.

Ac not work and they not giving solutions 👎

The AC was broken in room 101, and I very kindly tried to get them to help me fix the problem, but they couldn't. We couldn't sleep because that room didn't have ventilation either. I asked to change rooms, but they couldn't because, according to them, they were all occupied. I then asked for a refund or at least a discount, but they simply refused.

The reception desk was so helpful. We arrived late, and the front desk gentleman went to the kitchen to find out what was available for us to have for dinner. The following morning, we had an early flight, and he packed our breakfast for us to take on the plane. We had a shuttle to pick us up and drop us off. It was 2 girls and we felt completely safe.

On my last day in Guatemala I stayed here because of how close it was to the airport. The staff are so nice and welcoming. My flight was early in the morning the next day and they offer a free ride to the airport and there is free breakfast included and they packed my breakfast to go. the best hotel during my stay. it has AC and the food is so good
