Great airport hotel

The hotel is 2 minutes from airport and they have shuttle service, included, and breakfast made to order. Nice outdoor patio space on 2nd floor and beds and linens were very nice.

This was the perfect place to stay because we had a late night arriving flight and we had to go to the airport again in the morning to our destination. Hotel is super close to the airport and they send somebody to pick you up. It is comfortable place with friendly staff. If you just have a couple nights at the airport, this is a great choice.

The hotel was beautiful had a roof terrace which was beautiful to sit and see the city and eat dinner. So close to airport and they provided transportation there! Small menu to dine in but it was perfect! Can’t say enough good things about the hotel! Staff was awesome no English but we used our translation app 😊

Terrible experience - gouging and noisy

This was my worst experience yet with Hotels.com. The reception desk attendant was rude and tried to make me pay more than what o had already paid. When I refused he wouldn’t let my husband in the room. My husband ended up leaving. Horrible overall. Couldn’t sleep at all because there was too much noise at the front desk and a stupid beeping sound inside the room all night. They told me it was the safe but sorry, they couldn’t do anything about it. This place should NOT be offered by hotels.com

The front desk staff denied our stay at this place because we had a 3 year old with us. We booked 2 rooms with 2 adults in each and my granddaughter was to stay in her parent's room. He said that was not permissible. I asked what could be done since we obviously couldn't leave her alone. He said nothing could be done and then threw our passports at us and completely dismissed us. We had to leave and book a different place for the night
