Smelly

The apartment smelled like mildew, because being so hot outside the sliding doors or the front door could not be opened to let the odor out. Some Pots, pans and other utensils had burned or scratched Teflon, the coffee pot was dirty when we got there. Marbella now has a stray cat invasion that begs at the outdoor restaurant. Some of them were sick. The amazing view made up for all of this, but we will be looking for another location next time.

This is a great property. Well appointed, excellent amenities, great hot water and A/C. Wish we had not come for work, otherwise would have loved to spend more time enjoying the beach, the pools, and the amazing views! Easy entry, and the owner is quick to respond to all requests - wish I could give 6 stars!

Great stay

Came for a 5-day trip and the place was exactly as it appeared in the photos. Entry and exit were a breeze. Ray was quick to respond to questions. While we were there for business, it didn't hurt to come back to the apartment where the views were unbeatable. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Condo!

Ray was a wonderful host. Quick to respond to our questions and even passing on the name of a clinic as a few of us caught a bug. Beautiful location with a great beach and pool and close to many great restaurants! Already thinking of our next trip😍. The accommodations were clean, well stocked(kitchen linens would be a nice addition), and fantastic view!!
