Great overall. Super close to airport (10 minute walk, 5 by car) Staff is helpfull and friendly (helped us with taxis, booking another room for the following week) Clean. My son loved the pool.

Non-responsive staff I would not recommend

I tried multiple times to get a hold of this hotel and so did hotels.com before we arrived and they do not respond. We had to make a minor change and they made things very difficult

My new "go to" for travel in and out of the Guayaquil airport. The rooms are always super clean and the staff is awesome. It's a little noisy, but everything in Guayaquil is. Much cheaper than the International brands.

The hotel is very modern, but there are a few areas for improvement. They need to buy new towels and be more engaged with Expedia regarding their rates, which seem quite high. Additionally, the front desk staff should inspect the rooms after guests check out. This was the first time I noticed this issue. The rrst looks good
