I made reservations 5 months in advance and paid for it at that time. Upon arriving management canceled and charged my reservation to a so-called upgrade room. Well it was a downgrade. The room was hot and couldn't sleep for 3 nights and it smelled like mildew. Management gave my eoom to a celebrity.

The breakfast was good, room was spacious and clean. We were annoyed that the hotel had a huge party (for their staff?) with music that boomed until midnight. No apologies.
