I had called ahead of time to make sure that our room was on the bottom floor due to having a family member who had a walker and couldn't walk much. The people at the front had told us they got us a room on the bottom floor and when we arrived, they ended up telling us due to us booking with a third party they didn't have any rooms on the bottom floor which made it inconvenient for my family member who could only walk so much since she is handicapped.

OK. Carpet in both rooms was so sticky and dirty that socks turned brown instantly. Washer/Dryer out of service key cars deactivated at least twice a day, every day. the rooms stay so humid, clothes/towels never dried. Breakfast was chaos, too many guests and not enough space to sit and the food ran out constantly, we tried getting a pancake for 3 days unsuccessfully. the only silver light was the nice lady in the kitchen/breakfast area who was kind and friendly.

I have been to holiday inn 4 time in last 2 years. Every time I returned , the cleanliness went downhill and the bbq area garbage was left unattended .the rooms the beds where not rotated so the bed was lobsided . The rooms coffee machine was not clean tha happened the last two times
