Welcome to the ALA Living Haus Familien-Joie Günzburg. Near LEGOLAND Günzburg you will find our renovated and attractively furnished family house for up to 12 people. Enjoy our modern accommodation with four bedrooms with comfortable box spring beds, a modern bathroom with shower and bathtub, two separate toilets, a fully equipped kitchen, a great dining table and a cozy living room. On 175 square meters you will find everything families need for a wonderful holiday

In the spacious entrance area, the modernly renovated family house offers enough space for the whole family. From there you can reach the cozy and large living room with dining area. The cozy living room invites you to relax - in addition to a 55" TV, there are board games for the whole family. Maybe you would like to play a game of Twister together?

A large dining table offers space for young and old. A children's chair is also available for our guests to use at any time. Next door is the separate, fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher.

Also on the ground floor is one of the bedrooms with a 160x200cm bed. You will also find a separate toilet here. From the ground floor a staircase leads directly to the upper floor of the family house. There is another large bedroom, a family suite, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a children's room. The children's room has two 80x200cm single beds. The large bedroom has a 180x200cm box spring bed and a 70x160cm toddler bed. We are particularly proud of our family suite! This has a bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and an additional room which offers a baby bed, changing table and a separate sofa bed.

The large and completely newly renovated family bathroom with bathtub and shower offers enough space and options for young and old. Hand soap and hair and body wash are also available.

Our family house is intended to provide a great stay for young and old. We have therefore equipped this accommodation with toys for children aged 2-5, board games for the whole family, some children's books and necessary utensils for babies and toddlers. You will also find a children's chair as well as children's crockery and cutlery and a baby bed in the accommodation. We are also happy to provide a stool, potty and toilet seat. We can provide another baby bed upon request.
