Next, you will find the dining room, its table will be ideal for gathering around good meals with family or friends. Finally, the modern kitchen, and fully equipped, has an induction hob, a refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a freezer, a dishwasher, a filter coffee maker, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle.



To recharge your batteries, you can rest in one of the three bedrooms. The first is located on the ground floor; it benefits from a double bed, an opening onto the garden, a desk area, as well as an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, two bedrooms await you: the first, with a double bed, welcomes you in a minimalist atmosphere, while the second will delight children with its large bunk bed offering comfort. A TV area is also available upstairs, as well as a bathroom.



For even greater convenience, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a hair dryer, a barbecue as well as two parking spaces are at your disposal.
